Karen Leong

Karen Leong is a Senior Clinical Research Physician at Douglas Pharmaceuticals since February 2022. Prior to this, Karen held the title of Clinical Research Fellow at Liggins Institute from July 2017 to January 2022. Karen also worked as a Paediatric Endocrine Fellow at Starship Children's Hospital from June 2016 to July 2017. Karen spent a significant amount of time at the Ministry Of Health, Malaysia (KKM) from June 2004 to June 2016, where Karen held various roles including Paediatric Registrar and House surgeon. Karen holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biomedical Sciences from The University of Auckland and a Fellowship in Paediatric Endocrinology. Karen is also a member of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health with a degree in Paediatrics from University of Malaya.
