Glenn Mason

Glenn Mason is currently the Lead Full-Stack Engineer at Douugh. Prior to this, they were the Cloud Platforms Lead at Domain where they helped set the direction of the Cloud Platforms team. Glenn has also worked as a Consulting Engineer at Atlassian, PwC, and HIVERY. Glenn is also the former Engineering Practice Lead, Cloud & DevOps / Consultant at Industrie&Co.

Mason has extensive experience in helping companies with their cloud platform needs. At Domain, they were able to implement a Kubernetes-based platform consisting of several purpose-built clusters running on EC2. Glenn has also driven a number of initiatives focused on developer experience, configuration management and “SlackOps” (self-service). In addition, they have established regular reporting and cross-team collaboration. Glenn has also mentored and consulted with members of their team regarding best-practices for software development and devops.

Glenn Mason graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc in Multimedia/Telecommunications & Networks from Swinburne University of Technology. Glenn then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration - MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Swinburne University of Technology. In addition, Glenn Mason has a certification from Sun Microsystems in SCJP.

They are on a team with Ara Morales - QA Lead, John Beale - CFO, and Subhash Gaonkar - Lead Android Engineer. Some direct reports include Ethan Shearer - Full-Stack Engineer, Brett Matthews - Senior Full-Stack Engineer, and Bradley Thurlow - Junior Full-Stack Engineer.
