Anthony Weston has accumulated extensive experience in facilities and hygiene management across various companies in the food industry. Prior to this role, Anthony worked at Troy Foods Ltd from December 2017 to June 2019 as the Hygiene Manager, and previously held the position of Hygiene Supervisor at Troy Foods from May 2015 to December 2017. Anthony's experience began at Bakkavor from June 2012 to May 2015 as a Hygiene Team Leader, demonstrating a strong background in hygiene protocols and operations.
