Jared Hetherington has a diverse range of work experience spanning different industries. Jared began their career as a Keyholder/Shift Supervisor at the Metropolitan Opera, where they managed store sales reports, trained associates, and oversaw employee deployment. Jared then worked as a Server at Lady M Confections Co., Ltd., delivering exceptional service and managing opening and closing teams. Jared later joined Target as a Team Member/Trainer, where they assisted with visual merchandising and trained new team members. Jared also worked as an Opera Singer, performing as a baritone in various venues. At Opera Colorado, they served as the Manager of Education and Community Engagement, supporting sales growth and overseeing artistic planning and development. Most recently, Jared has been with Dover, initially working as a Customer Support specialist, managing communications and ensuring customer success. Jared then transitioned to the role of Customer Experience Partner, working closely with Customer Success Managers to drive retention and expansion efforts. Currently, Jared is in the role of Business Operations at Dover, where they own, drives, and innovates on AR workflows, manages financial communications, and executes Revenue Operations.
Jared Hetherington's education history includes a Master of Music degree in Voice and Opera from the University of Houston, which they obtained between 2010 and 2012. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Music degree in Voice Performance at Florida State University from 2005 to 2009. In addition to their academic achievements, they obtained a certification in the Learn SQL Course from Codecademy in December 2022.
