Emily Howard has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Emily is currently the Director of Client Engagement & Growth at Delta Insights since May 2023. Prior to that, Emily worked at Paloma (previously Dovetail) where they held various roles such as Head of Product & VP North America Growth and Head of Product. At Paloma, they led product management and played a key role in identifying new business opportunities and bringing innovative products to market.

Before their time at Paloma, Emily worked at Air New Zealand as the Senior Manager of Digital Platforms & Infrastructure. In this role, they directed the overall strategy for digital workplace products and oversaw a large portfolio of enterprise SaaS products and applications. Emily also led the transition to a remote workforce for over 13,000 users, optimizing technical assets and mitigating risk.

Emily has also held positions at Zayo Group, where they served as the European Growth Operations Manager and oversaw European sales operations and international enablement initiatives. Emily was responsible for deploying Zayo's systems worldwide and implementing go-to-market strategies. Prior to Zayo, they worked at Hawaiian Telcom as a Major Account Executive and at IBM as a Sales Management Advisor, overseeing sales operations and providing strategic analysis for business partners.

Throughout their career, Emily has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive growth and success in various organizations.

Emily Howard's education history includes attending The University of Auckland from 2018 to 2019 where they studied Business Administration and Management. Prior to that, they attended Sierra College from 1992 to 1995 and obtained a degree in Business Management with a focus on Business Administration and Management.

In addition to their formal education, Emily has obtained several certifications. In October 2019, they obtained the ICP-EPO (Enterprise Product Ownership) certification from ICAgile. In September 2019, they obtained the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from the Technical University of Munich. In January 2018, they completed the Digital Product Management: Modern Fundamentals course from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. Furthermore, in July 1993, they obtained a Broadcasting Degree, although the institution where they earned this degree is not specified.
