Haley Kenna

Haley Kenna is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, marketing, and team management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Operations at Dow Janes since March 2023, Haley oversees the overall strategy, performance, and culture of the team, focusing on revenue metrics and key project prioritization. Previously, Haley held the role of Director of Operations and Marketing at Paytek from July 2019 to March 2023, where significant achievements included implementing the first digital marketing strategy and overseeing the company's strategic projects. Additional experience includes previous positions at Queen's University and leadership roles in various organizations, showcasing a strong background in performance management and marketing initiatives.
