Ellen Wright

Ellen Wright is an experienced Human Resources professional with a comprehensive background in strategic HR leadership across various organizations, including Lexicon Pharmaceuticals, AstraZeneca, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Covance. Currently serving as the Executive Human Resources Business Partner at Lexicon Pharmaceuticals, Wright has been instrumental in driving HR initiatives in areas such as organizational design, talent acquisition, leadership development, and change management. Previous roles include providing strategic HR guidance for over 2,000 employees at AstraZeneca and managing staffing efforts for major acquisitions at Bristol-Myers Squibb. With a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Lehigh University, Wright has demonstrated a strong ability to partner with senior leaders and enhance corporate culture while addressing key HR priorities.
