Arunima Saxena

Arunima Saxena, Ph.D., currently serves as a Senior Research Specialist at Dow, focusing on packaging, specialty plastics, and hydrocarbons in technical service and development since June 2022. Prior to this role, Arunima was a Graduate Research Assistant at Purdue University from August 2017 to May 2022, where research concentrated on olefin reaction pathways, active site requirements, and catalyst deactivation mechanisms for transition metal and Brønsted acid catalysis. Arunima also gained practical experience through various internships, including positions at Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd, University of Alberta, Lupin, Indian Institute of Technology Madras, and ONGC. Arunima holds a Doctor of Philosophy and a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology.
