Tommy Fillyaw

Tommy Fillyaw, B.S.N., currently serves as Plant Safety Manager at Oxbow since December 2022. Previous roles include Senior Safety and Security Manager and Director of Health and Safety at WestRock Company from January 2019 to August 2022, and Owner of ALFA Group, LLC from April 2018 to July 2019, a specialized contractor focused on safety training for skilled workers. Tommy has extensive experience in safety management through positions at International Paper, Weyerhaeuser, Cook County Welding and Machine, Morgan Corp., Brad Cole Construction, and MERRICK Industries, Inc., demonstrating a strong commitment to maintaining safety standards across various industries. Tommy holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama and completed additional coursework at Georgia Institute of Technology.
