The Operations and Management team at Downeast Family YMCA is responsible for overseeing the efficient functioning of the organization's facilities and programs. This includes coordination of day-to-day operations, maintenance of facilities, management of childcare and food services, development and marketing of membership programs, and ensuring quality in youth sports and aquatics offerings. Together, they strive to enhance community engagement and support the YMCA's mission of promoting healthy living and youth development.
