Bruce Palmer completed their education in two stages. Bruce began by attending the University of Connecticut, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism. Bruce completed this degree with honors, graduating cum laude in 1982. Following their undergraduate studies, Bruce went on to pursue a Juris Doctorate degree at the University of Connecticut School of Law. Bruce successfully completed this program with the highest honors, graduating in 1985.
