Bruce Palmer

Bruce Palmer's work experience includes serving as Director and General Counsel at Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC from October 1988 to the present. Prior to that, they worked as an Attorney at Edwards & Angell from 1986 to 1988.

Bruce Palmer completed their education in two stages. Bruce began by attending the University of Connecticut, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism. Bruce completed this degree with honors, graduating cum laude in 1982. Following their undergraduate studies, Bruce went on to pursue a Juris Doctorate degree at the University of Connecticut School of Law. Bruce successfully completed this program with the highest honors, graduating in 1985.
