Tara Weilbacher

Tara Weilbacher serves as Assistant General Counsel and Director at Bank of America since August 2004, providing legal support for a large corporate lending platform focused on various debt financing solutions, including secured and unsecured lending options and compliance matters. Prior experience includes a position as an Associate at Haynes and Boone, LLP from 1999 to 2004, where representation of financial institutions and borrowers involved structuring and negotiating complex domestic and international lending transactions. Tara Weilbacher holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree, cum laude, from SMU Dedman School of Law and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Political Science, cum laude, from Vanderbilt University.
