Pamela Elessa

Pamela Elessa is a Senior Manager at DESC where they oversee contract compliance and quality improvement. Pamela has over fifteen years of experience in social work and program management. Pamela has worked with a variety of organizations, including the YWCA, King County, and the Millionair Club Charity.

Pamela Elessa has a MSW from the University of Washington and a Master's degree from the same school in Social Work. Pamela also has an AA from Long Beach City College in General Studies.
