Glenn Reiner is a seasoned customer communications expert with over thirty years of experience in leading sales, operations, and client delivery teams across various industries, including banking, utilities, healthcare, and insurance. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience at Doxim since December 2024, Glenn oversees Customer Success and Customer Support teams for North American clients. Prior to this role, Glenn held significant positions at InvestorCOM Inc. as Vice President of Operations and Client Delivery, and at Symcor in various capacities, including Vice President of Product Sales and Vice President of National Operations. Earlier in career history, Glenn developed strong client relations and business development strategies at Optus Corporation. Glenn holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Communications Management from Ryerson University.
