Jen Giambalvo

Jen Giambalvo has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. In 1997, they began their career as a Director of Project Management at xpient Solutions, where they managed resources, schedules, and communication for various IT projects. From 2005 to 2006, they worked at Time Warner Cable as a Project Manager, overseeing the implementation and support of advanced agent desktop solutions and marketing capabilities. Jen then moved on to LendingTree as a Senior Project Manager, where they played a key role in driving product release strategy and managing multiple concurrent technology projects. In 2008, they joined Bank of America as a Technical Delivery Manager within the eCommerce group, leading a merger/transition project and managing technology components for eCommerce projects. Jen then transitioned to the Global Corporate Workplace group at Bank of America, where they served as a Technical Delivery Manager responsible for the delivery of Primavera, a scheduling tool for construction projects. In 2011, they took on the role of Change Manager at Bank of America in the Portfolio Management division, maintaining document libraries and managing technology change initiatives. In 2011 as well, they also began working as a Project Manager at DigitalMailer, Inc., a Doxim company, where they handled software development projects for credit unions. Lastly, in 2016, they became a Compliance Manager at Doxim, where they designed and developed customer engagement solutions for the financial services sector. Additionally, they also worked as an IT Project Manager at Virtual StrongBox, Inc., a spin-off company of DigitalMailer Inc., specializing in secure document storage and exchange. Jen Giambalvo completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from East Carolina University - College of Business in 1995. Jen then pursued further education at the same institution, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Healthcare Management from 1995 to 1997.
