Business Analyst/project Manager at Doxim

Jennifer Latkowski started their work experience at Burns & Wilcox in 1991 as an A/R Collections Supervisor. Jennifer was later promoted to SR. Business Analyst and served as a Project Manager to re-engineer core systems. Jennifer also acted as a lead trainer during the implementation of the company's core system and document management system. Jennifer then joined Proctor Financial, Inc in 2010 as a Manager of Disbursements and Reconciliations. In this role, they established a centralized department responsible for billing, disbursement, reconciliation, and cash receipts operations. Jennifer also served as an Administrator of underwriting software application and designed workflows to ensure all underwriting process steps were met. In 2018, they joined Doxim as a Business Analyst/Project Manager, where they worked with new and existing clients to set up new products and enhance existing products. Jennifer coordinated with programmers to ensure proper development of products to meet client needs.

Jennifer Latkowski obtained a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Baker College of Auburn Hills. Jennifer attended the college from 2015 to 2016. Prior to this, they completed a degree in Business Administration with a focus on CIS - Systems Analyst from Oakland Community College. Jennifer attended Oakland Community College from 2009 to 2010.

In addition to their degrees, Jennifer Latkowski achieved a certification in Property & Casualty Resident Producers License from the Michigan Office of Financial and Insurance Regulation in November 2012.
