Erika Bastien, MSM, has a background in health care administration and management. Erika has experience working in client and physician relations, recruitment, and patient services within various healthcare companies. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Client Success at Doximity, Erika previously held leadership roles at American Well and Medicus, as well as overseeing patient services at Advanced Spine Health & Wellness Center. Erika earned their Master's Degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Southern New Hampshire University and a BS in Kinesiology from the University of New Hampshire.
