Shana Cloonan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Shana started their career as a Sales Associate at Nordstrom in 2013 and later became an Assistant Department Manager. Shana also participated in the Future Nordstrom Leaders Management Program to further develop their skills. In 2015, Shana joined CooperVision as a Senior Account Specialist, where they provided technical and business guidance to over 500+ accounts. Shana then worked at Brafton Inc. as a Senior Content Marketing Strategist, responsible for managing new accounts and implementing integrated marketing strategies. In 2021, Shana joined American Income Life: AO as an Account Manager, consulting with clients and assisting them in selecting the best benefit plans. Currently, Shana is working as a Client Success Manager at Doximity, contributing to the transformation of the healthcare industry by helping doctors save time and provide better care for patients.
