Indigo B. has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as an Email Marketing Specialist at doxo. Prior to this, they worked at Amazon as a Digital Marketing Manager for Alexa Skills and later as a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist. They also gained experience as a Marketing Intern, Customer Advocacy at Highspot and as a Product Marketing Intern at Qualcomm. In addition, they worked as a Marketing Communications Assistant at Western Washington University, a Publications Assistant at the University of Washington, and a Journalist at The Daily UW. They began their professional journey as an Office Assistant at Binyon Vision Center.

Indigo B. pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a concentration in Marketing from Western Washington University, starting in 2019 and completing in 2021. In addition to their degree, they obtained the certification "Iterable Foundations" from Iterable in March 2023.
