Steve W. Day Jr. Esq. CHC is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Counsel, Director of Risk, and HIPAA Privacy and Security Officer at Doylestown Hospital since March 2009. In this role, Steve oversees all claims and litigation against the hospital and its affiliated entities while directing the HIPAA privacy and security compliance program and managing the risk management program. Prior to this, Steve worked as a Litigation Attorney at Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, P.C. from June 1992 to January 2009, where Steve specialized in medical malpractice and successfully tried over 50 cases in various courts across Southeastern and Northeastern Pennsylvania. Steve holds a Juris Doctorate from Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Rider University, along with an Associate of Arts from Bucks County Community College.
