Shanavas K K has extensive experience in innovation management and training, currently serving at DP World since November 2001 in roles such as Employee Innovation Management & Training and Innovation Planning & Training. In these positions, Shanavas leads the implementation of innovation strategies that align with organizational goals and oversee performance metrics for over 8,000 employees. Prior to DP World, Shanavas worked as an Advocate for United India Insurance Company, handling banking cases and commercial property leases from 1995 to 2001. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Kerala, an MBA focusing on Total Quality Management from KSBM, and numerous certifications in quality management and communication skills.
