Michelle McNamara

Michelle McNamara has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Michelle is currently working as an Environmental Health and Safety Lead at DPS Group Global since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an HSEQ Advisor at Quickway from August 2020 to December 2021, and at Diona Civil Engineering Contractors from November 2017 to July 2020. Michelle also has experience in healthcare as a Registered Psychiatric Nurse at Nurse on Call from December 2013 to July 2017 and as a Staff Nurse and Intern Psychiatric Nurse at St. Otteran's Hospital in 2013. Michelle started their career as a Waitress at Charleville Park Hotel from March 2009 to January 2013.

Michelle McNamara completed an MSc in Occupational Health, Safety and Ergonomics from the University of Galway in 2014-2015. Prior to that, they obtained a BSc (Hons) in Psychiatric Nursing from the Waterford Institute of Technology between 2009 and 2013. Michelle also attended St. Marys Secondary School in Charleville, Co. Cork from 2003 to 2009. In addition, Michelle has obtained various certifications, including CPR and Provide First Aid from Allens Training in November 2019. Michelle also holds certifications in areas such as infection control, prevention and recognition of elder abuse, safe pass, patient moving and handling, and more.
