Edward "Alex" Williams

Edward "Alex" Williams has a long and varied work experience. Edward "Alex" began their career in 2003 as a Senior Technical Trainer at Eastman Kodak, where they conducted technical training classes for call center agents and field technicians, and developed technical training programs based on audience needs. Edward "Alex" then moved to Software Manager in the same company, where they managed client/server software, worked with Senior Technicians when systems outages occurred, and collaborated with programmers to design and implement software changes to support new business. In 2012, Williams became Operations Manager at AWCompany, where they managed operations of the business, provided service for computer systems, and designed and maintained websites for various small businesses, organizations and townships. Finally, in 2014, Williams was appointed Director of Operations at DPSI, where they directed all operations of the company, managed DPSI staff, and increased total monthly sales within the first 60 days. In addition, they were also appointed Director of Sales and Professional Services, where they managed new business executives, customer account managers, professional services staff and implementation consultants. Lastly, they were Professional Services Manager, where they directed customer consulting services and training activities, hired and maintained Professional Services employees, and worked with customers to identify, eliminate and/or rework challenges with software services.

Edward "Alex" Williams attended Piedmont Community College, where they obtained an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General, as well as Certificates in Computer Information Technology and Marketing.
