Ava Huang

Ava Huang has an extensive background in the beauty industry, with a focus on marketing and leadership roles. Ava'smost recent position was as the President of Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare, a role they began in June 2022. Prior to that, Ava worked at Revlon Inc. as the Global GM of Elizabeth Arden from May 2018 to January 2023. Ava also held the position of SVP Fragrance and Beauty Marketing at CHANEL from May 2012 to December 2017. Before joining CHANEL, Ava worked at Coty Prestige as the SVP of Marketing for Prestige Fragrances from May 2010 to January 2012. Ava'scareer began at L'Oréal, where they held various marketing roles, including Vice President of Marketing for Giorgio Armani Parfums & Beauty from March 2003 to April 2010, Assistant Vice President of Marketing for L'Oréal Consumer Products Group from October 2001 to February 2003, and Group Marketing Director for the Maybelline Division from August 1996 to September 2001.

Ava Huang completed their MBA in Marketing, Strategy and Management from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Prior to this, they obtained a BS/BA degree in Business from Bucknell University.
