Ajahnii Lewis is an experienced Technical Services Engineer and IT Operations Engineer at Dr. Martens plc since December 2014, where responsibilities include configuring desktop PCs and laptops, supporting end-users on various software platforms, and managing hardware installations. Notable projects include the successful implementation of mPOS in EMEA stores and the migration to a new headquarters. Previous positions include IT Helpdesk at the Government of Montserrat, Radio Announcer at ZJB Radio Montserrat, Technician and Sales Representative at Synergy Montserrat, and Customer Sales and Service Representative at DHL Supply Chain. Ajahnii holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Kennesaw State University and an Associate's Degree from Montserrat Community College.
