Dave K.

Dave K. has extensive experience in the field of human resources and financial wellness. Dave currently holds a position as the Director of HR Operations at Dr. Martens plc since November 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Financial Wellness at Portland General Electric from March 2020 to November 2023. In this role, they oversaw the design and execution of employee financial wellness programs and led the pension de-risking process.

Dave also worked at Nike as the Manager of Benefit Operations for North America from November 2014 to August 2018. In this position, they provided strategic oversight of benefit programs and managed a team of benefits specialists. Dave also served on the Board of Directors for Positive Coaching Alliance from August 2015 to August 2016.

Before their time at Nike, Dave worked at Bank of America as a Retirement Plan Manager from July 2012 to November 2014. Dave was responsible for the administration and strategy development of qualified and non-qualified retirement plans.

Prior to that, Dave held various roles at LPL Financial, Wilmington Trust, T. Rowe Price, and Vanguard, where they gained experience in relationship management and retirement plan coordination. Throughout their career, Dave has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in compliance and regulatory procedures related to employee benefits and retirement plans.

Dave K. has a degree in Behavioral & Social Sciences from the University of Maryland. Additionally, they hold a Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate in Project Management from Villanova University. Dave also possesses the Certified Plan Sponsor Professional (CPSP) certification, which they obtained in April 2023 from the Plan Sponsor Council of America.
