Sam Mould

Director Of FP A Strategic Finance at Dr. Martens

Sam Mould has extensive work experience spanning over 15 years. Sam started their career at KPMG as an Assistant Manager in Audit & Restructuring in 2007 and worked there until 2012. Sam then joined Baker Tilly as an Assistant Manager in London Mid Markets IBR/Advisory practice for a brief period. In 2013, they moved to Philip Morris International, where they held various roles including Financial Planning Analyst, Senior Supply Chain Analyst, Commercial Insights/Business Intelligence Manager, and National Account Manager. In 2017, they joined Ambassador Theatre Group as a Senior Commercial Finance Manager for Ticketing & Marketing. Sam took a planned sabbatical in 2019 and later joined Juul Labs as the Head of Commercial Finance/FP&A for EMEA. Currently, they are working at Dr. Martens plc, where they have held the positions of Head of Central Costs, Global Head of FP&A, and is currently serving as the Director of FP&A & Strategic Finance.

Sam Mould attended the University of Birmingham from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained a 2:1 (Hons) degree in Geology & Geography. In addition, they obtained a Certificate of Proficiency in Insolvency (CPI) from the Insolvency Practitioners Association (IPA) in October 2012. Sam also received the FCCA qualification from ACCA in September 2007.
