Tara Block

Tara Block is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in HR management across various sectors. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Dr. Oetker Canada Ltd since January 2022, Tara previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton and worked as a Generalist at Sifton Properties Limited, where responsibilities included recruitment, workplace investigations, training facilitation, and disability management for multiple divisions. Prior experience includes roles at Impark, where Tara provided HR support in multiple locations across Eastern Canada, and HR Performance & Results Inc. A graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School, Georgian College, and Fanshawe College, Tara has developed a comprehensive skill set in HR practices and administration.
