Oliver Mirza has extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as the MD & CEO for Dr. Oetker in India, South Asia, and Southeast Asia since 2008. Previous roles include high-level positions within Barilla Group from 2000 to 2007, where responsibilities spanned key account management, marketing, and category management. Oliver started at Dr. Oetker's Honey Division, contributing to the success of leading brands, and held various marketing and brand management roles at The Kraft Heinz Company and Tengelmann Group. With a solid educational foundation, including a Master's degree in International Marketing from Saint Joseph's University and a Bachelor’s in Food Technology from Hochschule Niederrhein, Oliver began a culinary career as a pastry chef after completing a three-year apprenticeship.
