Taylor Knowles

Taylor Knowles currently serves as the Coordinator for People & Culture at the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts since October 2022. Prior to this role, Taylor was a Human Resources Assistant at the YMCA of Central Florida from March 2022 to October 2022. Taylor has extensive experience in nonprofit development and donor management, having worked as a Development Coordinator at Give Kids The World Village from December 2017 to March 2022. In this position, Taylor excelled in securing in-kind donations, coaching fundraisers, managing donor relationships, and overseeing a monthly donor program that generated significant revenue. Taylor also held roles as a Data Coordinator and Volunteer Coordinator within the organization. Educational background includes studies at Purdue University and Grace College & Seminary.
