Ishank Gupta

Ishank Gupta serves as the Global Rewards Lead at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories since March 2022, overseeing total rewards for over 20,000 employees across the Indian subcontinent, North America, and Europe. Prior to this role, Ishank held positions including Manager of Performance, Rewards & Analytics at Tata Sky Ltd, and Associate Manager of Global Rewards for the APMEA region at Apollo Tyres Ltd. Experience also includes working as a Rewards Consultant at Mercer, where leadership was demonstrated in compensation benchmarking and internal equity analysis for IT and E-commerce organizations. Earlier career stages featured internships at Mercer and Kirloskar Brothers Limited. Ishank holds an MBA from Symbiosis Centre For Management and Human Resource Development and a B.Tech. in Energy Engineering from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology.
