Kamran Ahmad

Kamran Ahmad is an accomplished professional in talent acquisition and human resources with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Currently serving as the Head of Global Talent Sourcing and TA Lead for R&D at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories since October 2019, Kamran oversees recruitment and staffing for the IPDO and Biologics organization, while also managing global sourcing and market intelligence initiatives across APAC countries. Previously, Kamran held key roles at Novartis, Cipla, and Medulla Recruitment Services, leading talent acquisition efforts and developing strategic recruitment plans. Kamran holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Bharati Vidyapeeth and a Bachelor of Pharmacy from Poona College of Pharmacy.
