Alexandra Blackstone

Alexandra Blackstone has over 12 years of work experience in product development, process engineering, and product support. In 2020, they began working at Dr. Squatch as the Associate Director of Product Development, where they built the technical capability and capacity of the team to deliver the product launch pipeline and enabled company sales growth across new channels and markets. From 2019 to 2020, they were the Creator of Blackstone Beauty Blog and a Product Development Consultant for Sync Consulting LLC. From 2015 to 2019, they held various roles at Johnson & Johnson, including Senior Scientist (Commercial Innovation), Senior Scientist (Investigation Lead), and Process Engineer I. From 2014 to 2015, they were the Product Support Supervisor at McMaster-Carr. From 2011 to 2014, they were the Process Development Scientist and Materials Coordinator Team Lead at Burt's Bees. In 2010, they were a Supplier Sustainability Intern at Burt's Bees and in 2008, they were an Engineering Intern at SI Group.

Alexandra Blackstone holds a Master of Engineering Management (MEM) from Dartmouth College and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia.
