Dejan Rankovic

Dejan Rankovic has worked in a variety of roles in the corporate world since 2012. Dejan's first role was as a Project Coordinator for International Student Volunteers in 2012. Dejan then worked as a Senior Analyst for the EDUpreneurship Project at MPowered Entrepreneurship and an Investment Banking Summer Analyst for the TMT Group at Wells Fargo Securities in 2013. In the same year, they also held an Intern role at Kontextual, where they helped companies build transparent, metric-driven cultures. In 2014, Dejan began working as a Business Analyst at A.T. Kearney, where they developed a dynamic multi-variable cost model and conducted extensive model analysis. Dejan then moved to Netflix in 2016, where they held roles as an Associate and Manager of Corporate Strategy & Planning. Most recently, Dejan has been working as a Director and Sr. Director of Growth at Dr. Squatch since 2020.

Dejan Rankovic holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from the University of Michigan, with a field of study in Business. Dejan also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, with a field of study in Finance and a minor in Computer Science.
