Les Guthrie

Les Guthrie is an accomplished executive with over 40 years of experience in various sectors, including engineering, oil, gas, and project management, across multiple regions including the UK, Australia, North America, and Asia. Currently serving as Non Executive Director at Advanced Braking Technology and Neometals Ltd, Les also holds the position of Managing Director at Bedford Road Associates Pty Ltd, which specializes in consultancy for major capital expenditure programs. Prior roles include Vice President of Projects at BHP Billiton, where Les established a project hub for the Potash sector, and President of LNG at BG Group, responsible for LNG production facilities. Les's earlier experience includes senior leadership roles at Aker Kvaerner, driving efforts in oil, gas, and energy markets, complemented by a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and Marketing from the University of the West of Scotland.
