Achille Kagabo

Achille Kagabo is a seasoned engineer specializing in roadway and geotechnical engineering, currently serving as a Roadway Engineer and Geotechnical Field Engineer for the Hampton Roads Bridge & Tunnel Expansion Project at Dragados USA, Inc. since May 2020. Prior to this role, Achille held positions including Graduate Teaching Assistant at Michigan Technological University and Pavement Engineer at Dynatest, focusing on pavement evaluation and assessments. Achille's earlier experience includes serving as Technical Project Coordinator and Road Construction/Project Engineer at Rwanda Transport Development Agency and working as a Field Engineer at Thomas and Piron Grands Lacs. Achille holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering with a Geotechnical Engineering option and a Master's degree in Highway Engineering and Management from the University of Rwanda, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the same institution.
