Alvaro Rumbos

Alvaro Rumbos is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in construction management and project oversight. Currently serving as the TAS-Tunnel Approach Structures/Portals Project Manager at Dragados USA, Inc. since July 2022, Alvaro previously held the position of Construction Manager at The Lane Construction Corporation from April 2019 to July 2022. Alvaro's earlier experience includes a role as Senior Civil Engineer at Odebrecht Construction USA from October 2005 to May 2019, where responsibilities involved leading construction operations for roadways, drainage systems, and utility negotiations. Alvaro obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from Universidad 'Santa María' between 1999 and 2004.
