Carlos Rivas has a strong background in equipment management and purchasing. Carlos started their career at The Vitamin Shoppe as an Internet Call Center Supervisor. In 2001, they became an Office Manager at IKUSI TELECOMMUNICATIONS. In 2008, they joined Schiavone Construction Co. LLC as a Heavy Equipment Purchasing Agent, a role they held until 2013. Carlos then moved to Dragados USA, Inc. and worked as a Heavy Equipment Purchasing Agent until 2016, when they were promoted to Corporate Equipment Manager. In 2019, they were further promoted to the position of Corporate Equipment Director, responsible for the equipment operations of Dragados USA, Inc. and its affiliates.
Carlos Rivas attended Berkeley College from 1996 to 1999, where they obtained an Associates degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies.
