José Romero Tejera

José Romero Tejera is an experienced construction and project manager with a strong background in large-scale infrastructure projects. Currently serving as Segment Manager and Construction Manager at Dragados USA, Inc., José oversees the California High Speed Rail Project CP 2&3, valued at $1.4 billion. Previous roles include Senior Project Engineer III at FERROVIAL AGROMAN (UK) LIMITED, managing enabling works for HS2, and Project Manager at ETMAR S.A. for a $2 million urbanization project in Menorca. José has also held key positions at CYMI Industrial, managing an $80 million backlog, and served as Site Engineer at Velasco Obras Y Servicios SA and ISOLUX CORSAN on significant highway projects in Spain. José holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
