Lawrence B. has extensive experience in the field of HR and personnel development. Lawrence has worked for various companies in different roles. Lawrence started their career at PETCO Animal Supplies, Inc. as a Regional HR Representative in 2005. Lawrence then moved on to Target, where they were a Human Resources Generalist and ETL - Team Relations from 2003 to 2005. Lawrence later joined Oreck Corporation as a Training & Retail Coordinator from 2002 to 2003. Lawrence then worked at Cosmetic Essence, Inc. as a Senior Human Resources Manager from 2006 to 2010. Lawrence then transitioned to Career Education Corporation, where they served as an HR Business Consultant from 2010 to 2016. Currently, Lawrence is working at Dragados USA, Inc., where they have held various positions, including Director of Learning Development & People Analytics from 2016 to 2023, and currently as the HR Director of Talent Development & HR Initiatives - North America.

Lawrence B. earned a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from Nova Southeastern University, graduating in 2006. Prior to that, Lawrence completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in HR Management from New York Institute of Technology, finishing in 2002. Along with their educational qualifications, Lawrence has obtained several certifications related to HR and mental health. These include becoming a Mental Health First Aid USA certified individual, certified in November 2022 by the National Council for Mental Wellbeing. Furthermore, Lawrence received the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in February 2015. In addition, Lawrence holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI), which was obtained in December 2012. Lastly, Lawrence achieved the Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) in December 2009.
