Sergio Reyes

Sergio Reyes is an experienced professional in project control and cost management, currently serving as Area Cost Control Manager at Dragados USA, Inc. since May 2022. Prior to this role, Sergio held various positions at SACYR from January 2014 to May 2022, including Asset Control and Monitoring Corporate Manager and Project Control Country Manager, overseeing multiple projects in Texas, Florida, and Doha with substantial budgets ranging from 10 million to 1.6 billion QAR. Sergio's career began at Sacyr Construcción, where notable roles included Technical Manager for the Hydroelectrical Plant La Muela II project in Spain and Ayudante de Oficina Técnica on major roadway projects. Sergio initiated professional training at Vielca Ingenieros S.A. before obtaining a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Universitat Politècnica de València in 2007.
