Dr. Alexander Carl

Dr. Alexander Carl has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Dr. Alexander currently holds the position of Director Product Qualification ACI at Dräger since February 2022, as well as the role of Global System Verification Manager since April 2021. Prior to joining Dräger, Dr. Carl worked at Airbus, where they served as Manager for Cabin & Air Systems Integration Test from December 2018 to March 2021. Dr. Alexander also held various senior positions at Airbus, including Senior Product Line Manager, Senior Engineering Project Manager, and Programm-Manager Technik. Before their tenure at Airbus, Dr. Carl worked as a Research Engineer at Fraunhofer Institute for Production Systems and Design Technology IPK and as a Research Engineer at Technische Universität Berlin. Their expertise lies in product development, program management, and engineering.

Dr. Alexander Carl completed their education in a number of institutions. Dr. Alexander obtained their Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Maschinenbau from Universität Rostock, where they studied from 1990 to 1995. Later, they pursued another Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from FernUniversität in Hagen between 1997 and 2003. In the year 2000, they briefly attended Technische Universität Berlin to earn their Dr.-Ing. degree in Informationstechnologie.
