Ernesto Kriesten

Ernesto Kriesten has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Ernesto started their career as a Trainee at Volkswagen de Mexico in 2001. Ernesto then worked as a Research Associate at Process Systems Engineering from 2003 to 2008. Following that, they joined Roland Berger Strategy Consultants as a Senior Consultant from 2009 to 2011. Ernesto then moved to Dräger Safety where they served as a Business Development Manager from 2011 to 2012 and later as a Global Business Manager from 2013 to 2014. Ernesto then joined Dräger, where they held several leadership positions including Head of Corporate Strategy & Marketing Consulting from 2015 to 2016, Head of Pricing Excellence & Operations from 2016 to 2019, and currently as the Head of Strategy & Commercial Excellence since 2020 at Dräger.

Ernesto Kriesten has a strong educational background in engineering and data science. Ernesto began their studies at Dartmouth College in 2000, earning a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Engineering and Marketing in 2001. Ernesto then pursued further education at RWTH Aachen University, where they obtained a Dipl.-Ing. degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2003. Ernesto continued their academic journey at RWTH Aachen University, completing a PhD in Optimization and Data Science in 2008.
