Norman Rothe has extensive experience in IT management and strategy, primarily in the areas of sales, marketing, and service. Norman has held leadership positions at companies such as Draeger, Vestas, and SAP. At Draeger, they served as the Head of CRM IT department, responsible for global IT solutions in marketing, sales, and service. At Vestas, they were the Vice President of Business Engagement and IT Strategy, overseeing IT initiatives for sales, service, and logistics, and leading a team of Enterprise Architects. At SAP, they held various roles, including Director of Solution Management, Director of Field Enablement, Senior Field Service Manager, and Senior SAP CRM Consultant. Norman initiated SAP's Customer Engagement Program and led projects to establish strategic relationships with customers in the high tech industry. Norman also championed sales communities and implemented value-based selling methodologies. Throughout their career, Rothe has been involved in large-scale IT transformation projects, CRM implementation, and solution architecture for global companies.
Norman Rothe holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering (Dipl. Wirtsch.-Ing.) from Technische Universität Darmstadt.
