Vice President, Investment Banking at Dragon Capital

Olga Burenko, CFA, began their work experience in 2009 as an Ops Support Representative at PJSC "Citibank." Olga then moved on to work at CFA Society Ukraine, where they co-founded the society and developed its annual strategy. Olga also built relationships with financial industry stakeholders to increase awareness of the CFA program certification and CFA Society Ukraine.

In 2011, Olga joined Dragon Capital, Ukraine's leading investment bank and private equity player. Olga started as an Analyst in Investment Banking and later progressed to roles such as Associate, Senior Associate, and Vice President. At Dragon Capital, they executed various M&A, capital raising, and advisory deals in industries such as TMT, Retail, Healthcare, Agriculture, FMCG, Financial Institutions, Real Estate, Energy, Metals & Mining. Their experience at Dragon Capital spanned from 2011 to the present.

Olga Burenko, CFA is a CFA charterholder who obtained this certification from the CFA Institute in 2015. Olga also holds a Master's degree in International Business from the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, which they completed between 2004 and 2010. In 2009, Olga attended PSSI's NATO Summer School in Telc, Czech Republic, where they focused on "Security Challenges in XXI Century."
