Ruslan Balaban

Ruslan Balaban began their work experience in 2005 as a Tutor at Computer Academy "Step". In 2007, they worked as a Senior Programmer at Autoleader. In 2010, they joined Dragon Capital where they served as a Senior Risk Manager from June 2010 to December 2011, and then became the Head of Quantitative Trading from January 2012 onwards.

Ruslan Balaban studied applied mathematics at NTUU "KPI" from 2006 to 2010. Ruslan also pursued the same field of study at the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'. Additionally, they pursued finance at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
