Charles McFall has a diverse work experience in various industries. In 2011, they co-created and served as VP for Success Freaks, Inc., a motivational talk show and keynote speaking company focused on personal and professional growth. From 2014 to 2016, Charles worked as a Technical Producer for Entrepreneur Radio. Charles also founded their own company, Charles McFall, LLC, where they helped others through production, public speaking, recording, editing, and coaching. Charles was the Digital Media Manager for Jim Breuer from 2016 to 2018. Charles co-founded the Giant Size Team Up Network in 2016, a platform for like-minded podcasters in the comic geekery space. From 2017 to 2018, Charles worked as a Technician for Blubrry Podcast Community, and from 2016 to 2020, they served as the Digital Media Track Director for Dragon Con, Inc. Charles started their career as a CPR Instructor and Media Specialist at Georgia Institute of EMS from 2016 to 2020. In 2019, they co-founded The Con Mods, an organization dedicated to creating enjoyable pop culture events. Currently, Charles is the Chief Operations Officer at TRINITY EMS Transport LLC since November 2020. Overall, Charles has a wide range of experience in leadership, media production, coaching, and event management.

Charles McFall has an extensive education history in the field of emergency medical services. In 1996-1997, they attended Athens Technical College, where they earned a degree in EMT-I (Emergency Medical Technician). In 2000, they furthered their education at the same college, obtaining a Paramedic degree in Emergency Medical Technology/Technician (EMT Paramedic). Charles then pursued an Associates Degree in Business Management from American Intercontinental University, which they completed in 2004-2005. In 2018, they returned to their passion for emergency medical services and enrolled at the Georgia Institute of EMS. During this period, they acquired certifications as an Advanced Emergency Medical Technician and a Level II Instructor in EMS.
