Konstantin Bokarius has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Konstantin started their career as a Data Analyst at NASA/AMES Research Center, where they worked on atmospheric sciences projects. Konstantin then moved on to Virtual CSR, where they served as the Director of Development, managing a team and developing telecommunications software for Fortune 100 customers. After that, they founded Shade of Green Solutions, a business offering point-of-sale and business management software to niche industries.

In 2012, Konstantin joined White Sky as the Director of Development and led the development of a password management application used by millions of Comcast customers. During their tenure, they introduced modern technologies, improved code quality, and decreased time to market. Konstantin then moved on to Identity Guard®, where they held the role of Senior Director of Engineering and oversaw the acquisition of White Sky. Konstantin grew the engineering team, transformed it into the R&D and innovation arm of the company, and achieved 100% employee retention over three years.

Konstantin's next role was as the Chief Technology Officer at Topanga Partners, LP, where they managed engineering for portfolio companies in the healthcare and real estate sectors. Their responsibilities included overseeing multiple teams, reducing technology costs, and hiring new talent. Konstantin then briefly served as the Chief Technology Officer at MarcoPolo Learning before becoming an Advisor at Fanout.io. Currently, they hold the position of VP of Infrastructure at Dragonfly Financial Technologies.
