Sergii Miroshnychenko

Sergii Miroshnychenko has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Sergii is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Dragons Lake, a position they have held since February 2020. In addition, they are the Co-Founder of Keetcode, starting from May 2022.

Prior to these roles, Sergii worked at Room 8 Group as Head of PC/Console Service Line, leading the PC and Console business within the company. Before that, they were the Chief Operating Officer and Human Resources Director at Awem Games from July 2018 to March 2020, and the HR Solutions Director at Luxoft from May 2017 to March 2018.

Sergii also has experience as a Business Development Manager at an Investment company from January 2016 to March 2018, a Line HR Head at GlobalLogic from May 2015 to February 2016, and a Human Resources Department Manager at SCM from September 2012 to August 2013. Sergii worked as a Consultant at Pedersen & Partners from June 2011 to July 2012 and as a Recruitment Division Head at Varus, Omega LTD from September 2009 to June 2011.

Sergii Miroshnychenko completed their Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering at Dnipro University of Technology from 2001 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications in "Strategic Selling with Perspective" from Miller Heiman Group, A Korn Ferry Company in June 2023 and "DISC PPA Practitioner" from Thomas International in August 2017.
