Fiona Laird

Fiona Laird is an experienced HR professional, currently serving as Director, HRBP at Dragos, Inc. since January 2022. Prior to this role, Fiona held positions such as HR Lead for Customer Care at Aspect Software, where responsibilities included stabilizing the Customer Care organization, and Head of HR for North America at Steer, focused on developing strategic growth plans. Fiona’s extensive background at Dell EMC included multiple HR Business Partner roles, where support was provided for global organizations, the implementation of HR processes, and organizational transformations impacting thousands of employees across North America. Fiona holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources from Humber College and a BA in Psychology from Nipissing University.
